Great location close to parking. Really nice view out over the countryside from our room. Very nice and helpful hosts and a great breakfast.

Nice and clean room, great location, very quiet. Slept like a baby. It was nice to be away from the main streets but you can still easily reach everything by foot. Nice bars/restaurants nearby. The owner was very nice and gave great tips and a map!

Roberto, the host, is fabulous and made everything really easy. We arrived late in Siena from the station and he talked us through the check in so that we could get in easily. He made an amazing breakfast the next day and was around every morning to answer any questions, make suggestions etc. Nothing was too much trouble. On check out we were able to leave our bags, and he gave us additional codes to get in to retrieve them. We only stayed 2 nights here but would gladly do more. Location is great too.

Warmly greeted by Sonia, able to leave our bags as we arrived before check-in time. Well served at breakfast, good location. The best pillows and bedding of our travels in Italy. Small bathroom, everything worked well. Ordered taxi for us. Access to BnB explained well and easy.

Very helpful and accommodating staff (thank you Sonia for catering to our GF needs). Communication with staff was very easy and efficient. Facilities are clean and very well equipped, everything is working properly. Breakfast was very good

The host, Roberto, was very friendly and went above and beyond to help and make our stay nice The location is amazing, 20 minute walk to the train station, and 5 minutes to the centre square. Great restaurants nearby

Great location close to restaurants, grocery store, and laundry. My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Host was very responsive and informative. About a 25 minute walk from the train station.

Our host was fantastic giving us directions within Siena, making sure we were happy and satisfied and assisting us with getting a taxi to the train station. Not an easy feat to get a taxi - he called more than three times for us.

Great location, very helpful team of staff, especially Roberto and also Sonia (who sorted us late access on arrival when our travel to Siena was badly delsyed). Facilities secure and simple but comfy, and completely appropriate given hotels star rating.

Roberto is one of the nicest hosts we've ever met. He was very helpful and attentive (made us coffee in the morning, showed us the easiest route to the train station...). The room was impeccable, beautiful, clean and modern. The location was perfect too, you can walk pretty much anywhere (viewpoints, stores, restaurants...).
